We use Australia Post to ship our products. Please follow the link on your shipment email to follow it's journey. For urgent orders, please select Express. Shipping times will vary depending on location.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final unless the item is deemed faulty or damaged in transit. No returns or exchanges are offered unless goods are proven to be faulty.

DAMAGED GOODS

We pack our items very carefully, however, accidents happen. If your buzzby and fang item arrives damaged please email me with an attached image within 48 hours and I’ll organise a refund or replacement asap. Replacements will be sent free of charge.
